Jennifer Hart
Senior Technical Consultant
Jennifer Hart (she/her) has more than 20 years of experience as a Natural Resource Scientist specializing in Natural Resource Damage Assessment (NRDA), remediation, and restoration. Since joining IEc in 2018, Jennifer has participated in several injury assessment and remedial case teams for hazardous waste sites across the country. She provides technical, logistical, and case management support to state, federal, and tribal clients. Jennifer has designed, coordinated, and implemented a number of field studies at varying scales to collect environmental data in support of NRDAs. She provides technical review of environmental data and performs complex analyses to quantify resource injuries. Prior to joining IEc, Jennifer worked for the State of New Mexico, where she provided oversight of long-term environmental monitoring programs for contaminants in groundwater, surface water, soil, sediment, and air. She also previously worked for the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) Assessment and Restoration Division, where she provided technical and project management support for several hazardous waste sites and oil spills in the Southeast Atlantic and Gulf of Mexico.
Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from James Cook University, and a Master of Science in Marine Biology from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington.
