Angela Vitulli

Angela Vitulli has more than 20 years of experience helping clients develop sustainability and climate mitigation programming, and measuring results.
Her private sector work is focused on helping organizations measure and manage GHG footprints (all scopes), including business case analysis of mitigation and adaptation options, GHG strategy development and implementation, target setting (SBTi), renewables and offsets options analysis, reporting and disclosure, and communications with stakeholders.
Angela’s public sector work centers on evaluating climate policy, and energy efficiency and renewables programs. She specializes in developing and tracking metrics, analyzing environmental and economic impacts, and communicating technical content to non-technical audiences. She has a particular niche in evaluating building sector decarbonization and market transformation programming and has testified as a DSM program expert in utility rate cases. Angela has consulted with a wide range of clients including US DOE, US EPA, California Energy Commission, and NYSERDA.
Angela holds a B.A. in political science from Tulane University, Phi Beta Kappa, and a M.A. in Urban and Environmental Policy from Tufts University.
