Robert (Chip) W. Paterson

Chip Paterson’s academic training, research, and professional experience are in the areas of applied economics and econometrics, with an emphasis on environmental and natural resource applications. His work includes the design and implementation of non-market valuation studies, survey research, and statistical and econometric analyses, most commonly in the context of natural resource damage assessment, regulatory analysis, or environmental litigation.
Chip holds a B.A. in Economics, with distinction, from Colby College, and an M.S. in Resource Economics and Policy from the University of Maine, Orono. He is a member of the American Economic Association and the Association of Environmental and Resource Economists.
