Kieran Ryder Bunting (he/him) specializes in regulatory and economic impact analysis across a wide range of topics, including the environment, public health and climate change. His technical expertise includes quantitative modeling of socio-economic and regional economic impacts, as well as qualitative analytic tools and methods, including expertise developing and managing literature reviews. Kieran also has expertise supporting large Environmental Impact Statements under the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA).
His recent work includes employing dynamic simulation models to estimate public health benefits, developing a virtual training on NEPA fundamentals and benefit-cost analyses for a variety of public agencies.
Kieran holds a B.A. in Economics from McGill University, and a M.S., with distinction, in Carbon Management from the University of Edinburgh.
