Gail B. Coad

Gail Coad’s (she/her) practice focuses on economic and financial analysis of business, municipal, and individual response to governmental requirements. Gail is qualified to testify in Federal District Court on financial issues related to the economic benefit and financial impacts of environmental requirements. In addition to over 20 years of consulting experience with IEc, she worked in the federal government for 14 years, including senior career managerial positions at the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency and the U.S. Office of Management and Budget.
Gail holds a B.A. with Honors and cum laude from Connecticut College, and a M.B.A. from the Graduate School of Business at Stanford University, Palo Alto, California.
