Neal Etre
Principal
Neal Etre specializes in working closely with clients to identify the optimum approach for storing, displaying, and disseminating large quantities of information. His project work spans natural resource damage assessment, regulatory impact analysis, cost-benefit analysis, life-cycle analysis, and the development of performance and efficiency measures.
Neal applies his skills in the development of database-driven, geographically explicit decision-support tools that allow policy-makers to model and evaluate potential economic and environmental outcomes. He also manages the development of online systems and offline tools that facilitate the data standardization, visualization, user collaboration, data sharing, and document storage. As part of his work, he produces innovative maps, visualizations, and dashboards to effectively communicate with stakeholders and the public at large.
He also provides NRDA and other litigation-related records management support, including the development and maintenance of the case file and administrative records. In this capacity, he coordinates the collection, review, and publication of documents across multiple parties and directs the development of technical solutions to publish the documents to the web.
Neal holds a B.A. in Biology from Bowdoin College, and a Master of Environmental Management degree from the Yale School of Forestry and Environmental Studies.
