Mr. Price specializes in the design and application of economic and other modeling
tools to assess the impacts of public policy on the regulated community and the
economy at large. Much of his work in this area focuses on the costs and energy
impacts associated with changes in policy. Mr. Price's experience also includes
climate change impact and adaptation cost assessment, and the development of regulatory
impact analyses for the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency and other clients.
Mr. Price graduated summa cum laude with
Honors from Syracuse University with a B.A. in Political Science and International Relations. He also earned his Master in Public Policy from the University of Michigan's
Gerald R. Ford School of Public Policy.
