Vicki Truong

Senior Technical Consultant

Vicki Truong (she/her) has over twelve years of experience in communications, information technology, systems analysis, strategy, and implementation. She is an experienced liaison who can break down and explain complex information or processes to a general audience. Vicki is well-versed in QC and user testing of systems. She has extensive experience being an objective sounding board, helping conceptualize ideas, and bringing these visions to life.

Recently, Vicki has focused on UI/UX design and instructional design for IEc and its clients, regularly using Moqups and Articulate to produce development-ready mockups and interactive trainings. She has originated and designed dozens of custom systems, processes, and guidance materials. A skilled collaborator with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels, Vicki takes a creative, solutions-oriented approach to problem-solving.

Vicki holds a B.Sc. in Business Management from Babson College.
