Hendrik (Henk) Isom
Senior Associate
Henk Isom specializes in corporate, financial, and regulatory analysis. He supports litigation teams with the U.S. Department of Justice and the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency on financial and corporate aspects of environmental damage cases. His work comprises the identification of corporate successors and the assessment of corporate transactions with respect to liability issues, the evaluation of the financial condition of businesses and individuals through ability to pay analyses, and corporate analyses related to fraudulent conveyance and alter ego claims, as well as general case support. Henk has also performed analyses of the hardrock mining, petroleum refining, chemical manufacturing, and electric utility industries in support of U.S. Environmental Protection Agency rulemaking.
He holds a B.A. in History from Vassar College, and an M.A. from Brown University.
