Mr. Knecht specializes in the practical application of economics, finance and
management theory to issues facing public and private sector clients. Mr. Knecht
has over 25 years of consulting experience, focusing on the energy, metals,
and mining industries. He is currently most actively involved with regulatory issues involving electric and natural gas utilities, and he continues to participate
in strategic and business planning studies, project evaluations, general
litigation matters, and policy analyses.
Mr. Knecht holds a B.S. in Economics from M.I.T., as well as a M.S. in Management from the Sloan School of Management at M.I.T.,
with concentrations in Applied Economics and Finance.
