Mr. Courtright specializes in environmental program evaluation and financial and economic analysis to support enforcement actions. He has analyzed the financial condition and corporate structure of hundreds of corporations in the energy and natural resources sectors for cases relating to ability to pay, fraudulent conveyance, successor liability, bankruptcy, corporate control, and piercing the corporate veil. Mr. Courtright also works with federal and state environmental programs to develop suitable performance measures, to collect and analyze internal and stakeholder data, and to communicate evaluation findings and recommendations.
Mr. Courtright holds a B.A. cum laude from Boston University, and a M.A. in Energy & Environmental Analysis with a concentration in Natural Resource Economics from Boston University.
