Mr. Tanners specializes in data management and quantitative analysis of public policy. Mr. Tanners’s work encompasses analyses of benefits,
costs, and economic impacts of regulations and programs covering public health, air pollution, solid waste, and water resource management.
In addition, his work has focused on the development of data management and modeling tools to support natural resource damage assessment,
policy assessment, and sustainability planning.
Mr. Tanners holds a B.A., Phi Beta Kappa, in Religion with a Concentration in Environmental Studies from Swarthmore College,
and a Masters in Environmental Management from the Yale School of Forestry and Environmental Studies.
