Ann  Czerwonka Ms. Czerwonka specializes in applied financial and quantitative analysis, with decades of litigation-support experience for both plaintiffs and defendants. She has an extensive background evaluating companies and industries from a financial perspective for private, not-for-profit, and government clients, with a long history in the environmental-enforcement arena and a recent focus on admiralty and maritime matters. She is qualified as an expert witness on issues of financial and quantitative analysis, economic benefit, and ability to pay; has participated in numerous successful settlement negotiations; and testified in federal and state courts.

Ms. Czerwonka holds a B.A. with academic honors in Mathematics with an Economics Complement from Wellesley College, and an M.B.A. from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth, with concentrations in Finance, Quantitative Methods, and Organizational Behavior.

Ann's analysis was behind EPA’s $5 million penalty settlement with Pep Boys in May 2010, which was the largest vehicle and engine importation case brought to date under the Clean Air Act, both in terms of the number of imports and penalty paid.
