Neal Etre

Neal  Etre Mr. Etre combines his strong background in environmental policy analysis and geospatial analysis to explore the social, environmental, and economic effects of regulations on society. His project work spans natural resource damage assessment, regulatory impact analysis, cost-benefit analysis, life-cycle analysis, and the development of performance and efficiency measures. Mr. Etre applies these skills in two main areas: 1) strategic support for public agencies’ efforts to facilitate sustainability, particularly with respect to sustainable community development, green buildings, and sustainable products; and 2) the development of database-driven decision-support tools to support environmental and economic analysis. He also has extensive experience in developing and managing database structures to facilitate access, storage, and maintenance of geospatial data. In addition, Mr. Etre produces high quality and innovative maps to effectively communicate results and facilitate discussion.

Mr. Etre holds a B.A. in Biology from Bowdoin College, and a Master of Environmental Management degree from the Yale School of Forestry and Environmental Studies.
